The Shadow Of A Demon

After the last mission (Infiltrate the brothel) sleep and go talk to Sarah again. Sarah will tell you to follow Debbie to find a good way to confront her. Go and spend all energy in the brothel when the night time comes Debbie will walk into the basement, Victoria follows her automatically and a cutscene will be played. Talk to Sarah after the scene to finish the quest.
