Fake Passport

Talk to Sarah or Anne at the pub after mission 10, they will tell you what they found out and give you a fake passport to the orc city and lead you to it. After this quest you can enter and leave the orc city as you please which will be changed in future updates and maybe give you an owner as well which is tied to your passport.

After finishing entering the orc city, which can be reached by walking down from the human town and then right, following the road takes you to the orc city. After the introduction Victoria should gather information, working in the barn or the glory hole progress the quest.

Finally she's supposed to find a room in the orc pub, formerly a church. To get the key she need to give the orcs in the top left corner of the orc city a blowjob, a key drops randomly afterwards. If it does not drop Victoria needs to try again next day. Entering the room finishes the quest.
