Start the quest by talking to Sarah the day after you've finished the infiltration quest. After the conversation you will go out during night time in the orc slum with Sarah. Walk north until you find the north house which you can enter.

Remember the name of the minotaur you just killed and tell it to the minotaur to finish the quest.

Correct name is Vinu.
