Corrupted Dreams

Start the quest line by talking to either one of the guards inside the pub. They should tell you about a sighting of a witch which possesses magical power. Leave the town and walk until you see the glowing circle.

Adeline La Croix, the witch will stand outside her house. Talk to her to start the next step. She'll tell you to come back next day to collect 5 Astrelas leafs, 5 meat flower essences and a jar with goblin cum.
Adeline is marked with red. Astrelas leafs is marked as blue and meat flowers as green. You can visit Bogwart (Bogwarts first encounter) on the beach to collect goblin cum or you can just enter Adeline's house, she has goblin cum in one of her rooms. Give all the ingredients to Adeline once you're done and come back the day after. You can now create nightmare stoppers which will stop Victoria from dreaming which also stops her from changing.
