By entering the glory hole you'll start the dream sequence. Watching the girl performing at the glory hole will increment the variable by 2, working at the glory hole will also increment the variable by 2. (You need to see all three glory hole dreams to be able to work at the glory hole, which is maybe not the best requirement.)
