After you found the book and got it back to the pub Sarah will tell you how to use a ritual on the succubus (the ritual and the book of light is somewhat a reference to religious demon exorcisms). Once she told you the ritual you can enter the brothel and either use it on The succubus which will lead you to a bad end. Or you can choose to talk to the witch which will start another quest (the reason I added another quest is because of the limit of objectives).

Once you’ve talked to the witch Victoria is mad at Sarah and can now lace her drink with either goblin cum or bimbo potion which will start quest number 11 getting even.
