If you Victoria decide to cure cum addiction by talking to Juliette. Who is in town every third day to restock for her farm, you need to talk to her in the tavern before she gets drunk. This will trigger a four day long event which is very straight forward and every night Victoria will dream of her cum addiction. This dream can only be had during the curing cum addiction event and are not required for anything in the game more than curing the cum addiction which she'll do anyway after the event is finished.
