To start the innkeeper dreams Victoria has to stay at the old mans house at least four nights. The old man give her the task to fetch the flour at the fourth day at his place. When Victoria fetch the flour at the inn she'll hear a noise behind the curtains she can peak inside or leave. Peaking inside will increment the innkeeper dream variable with 3 since you can only do this once a day. There's 7 dreams with the innkeeper, it is not required to see all his dreams for any scene in the game yet.
