First encounter: Blake ask if he can buy Victoria a beer, if she says no and come back later he will still ask for the beer so you can turn him down and see the first encounter another time. When Victoria drinks the beer he will grope her butt allowing him to continue will progress to the second encounter but if Victoria tells him to stop she doesn’t want to talk to him again locking out Blake’s progression since she thinks he’s a jerk for groping her butt.

Every interaction with Blake after Victoria allowed him to grope her butt will increment Blake dream variable with 1, being one of the hardest dreams to get in the game in current release.
