Orc With Key

These orcs will approach Victoria once she steps on the marked red area and demand a blowjob from Victoria. Afterwards there's chance they drop a key which will be needed in future quests, the drop rate is 20%. Might change this depending on how "grindy" it feels.

The key have no use in update 2.0.0 it's a quest item for future updates.
